How long does provisioning take?
Usually under 30 seconds after a successful payment. If it takes longer than 2 minutes, contact support with your Agent ID.
How do I get my API key?
Go to the Dashboard, find your agent card, and click Reveal API Key. The key is decrypted on demand and never stored in plaintext.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, at any time. Your agent stays active until the end of the current billing period. Contact support to initiate cancellation.
What if provisioning fails?
Email us at support@megabyteisland.com with your Agent ID. We offer a full refund within 48 hours if the failure is on our end.
